White, who has served as the pitching coach for the Babson College softball team since 2016, was hired as the interim athletics coordinator in August 2018 before being promoted to the position in a full-time capacity in January 2019.

A 2014 graduate of Bridgewater State University, White was a three-time MASCAC Pitcher of the Year and garnered NFCA All-America first-team honors after going 25-5 with 158 strikeouts and 0.73 earned run average in 202.2 innings pitched. She led the Bears to back-to-back conference titles and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2013 and 2014, when Bridgewater State finished 32-14 and advanced to the Division III Super Regionals.

White, who transferred from Plymouth State University following the 2011 season, went 56-18 with a 0.98 ERA, 427 strikeouts and 29 shutouts in three years with the Bears. She is Bridgewater State’s career leader in ERA and shutouts, and ranks third in wins, strikeouts and innings pitched.

In three years as an assistant coach at Babson, the program has averaged better than 28 wins. Following a 28-win campaign in 2016, the Beavers won 33 games, captured its first NEWMAC Tournament championship in over a decade, and reached the NCAA Super Regionals for the first time in school history in 2017. The Green and White followed it up with 27 wins while reaching the conference tournament title game for a second consecutive season in 2018.
