Currently in her first year at Babson, Warnick is a 2006 graduate of Springfield College where she majored in Athletic Training and earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She is certified by the NATABOC and is licensed in the state of Massachusetts.

In May of 2009, Warnick received her Master's degree of Business with a concentration in Sports Management from Nichols College. At Nichols she was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for their Division III Athletics Program. Over the two years at Nichols she provided coverage for football, hockey, men's basketball, women's soccer, and softball.

Following her time at Nichols, Warnick was a competitive gymnastics coach in Rhode Island. She also worked as a per diem Athletic Trainer for Ashland High School covering home contests. In addition, she has worked at numerous summer camps around the Massachusetts area.
