RESULTS

ANDOVER, N.H. -- The Babson College ski teams wrapped up a strong all-around weekend with a slalom event at the Saint Anselm Carnival at Blackwater ski Area on Saturday, where the men's team finished fourth overall and the women placed seventh.

Junior Keith Vella paced the men's team in the slalom, finishing 20th overall - his fifth straight top-20 finish. Senior co-captains Connor Lemenze and Chris Jacobs rounded out the Beavers' scoring trio in 29th and 34th place, respectively, while junior Max Winthrop (35th) and first-year Ricky Beneduci (36th) finished back-to-back behind Jacobs.

On the women's side, junior co-captains Alexis Burton and Alyssa Sullivan finished 29th and 35th, respectively, while first-year Franny Robertson capped off the scoring in 40th place overall.

With just two more races remaining in the regular season, the Babson men have all but locked up their sixth ESCS Regional Championship bid in the last seven years. The Beavers are currently fourth overall in the MacConnell Division, with the top five squads advancing to regionals. Meanwhile, the women are in position to record one of their best league finishes in several years, as they are currently seventh overall.
