The Babson College men's golf team will compete in its final NCAA Tournament tune-up on Wednesday as it takes part in the 18-hole Elms College Spring Invitational at the Westover Country Club. The Beavers will have 10 golfers teeing it up on the 6,610-yard, par 72 layout.

Senior Andrew Lepine shot a back-nine 37 on his way to tying for 11th position with a six-over par 78 as Babson tied for sixth place with a team score of 334. Junior Chris Maguire finished with an 81 and classmate Vijay Vasandani carded an 82 in the Beavers' final event of the year.

Babson finished with its lowest score in seven rounds this spring (321) on Saturday, and then posted a total of 324 on Sunday to finish 13th out of 21 teams at the Johnson & Wales Wildcat Invitational at Cranston Country Club over the weekend. First-year Kyle Alexander came in 29th after shooting rounds of 80-78 for a 36-hole total of 158, and classmate Pranav Mohan carded back-to-back rounds of 80 for a total of 160, which was tied for 36th position. Mohan, who shot a 79 at Westover GC back in September, leads the Beavers with a 79.62 stroke average, while Vasandani (80.14) and Alexander (80.20) are second and third, respectively, on the team in scoring average.
