BABSON PARK, Mass.—Babson College head men's golf coach Jeff Page released the fall portion of his program's 2018-19 schedule on Tuesday afternoon.
The Beavers, who left the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) to join the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) in July, will play six events this fall. The Green and White once again opens its season with Trinity College's Bill Detrick Invitational on September 8-9 at Indian Hill Country Club.
Babson will look to defend its title at Middlebury College's Duke Nelson Invitational at Ralph Myhre Golf Club on September 15-16 before wrapping up the month with the Williams College Invitational at Taconic Golf Club in western Massachusetts on September 22-23. The Beavers will head south to begin October as they take part in the Royal Lakes-Ogelthorpe College Invitational at Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club in Flowery Branch, Ga., on the first two days of the month. Last year's event featured five teams that ended the year in the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) national poll.
The Green and White will compete in the Saratoga National Invitational hosted by Skidmore College on October 6-7, before wrapping up the fall at the NEIGA Championship at The Captains Golf Course in Brewster, Mass., on October 21-22.
The Beavers, who will compete in the CAC Championship for the first time in mid-April, will release the spring portion of their schedule later in the fall.
