BABSON PARK, Mass. -- Babson College men's soccer senior co-captains Tim Winn (Sutton, Mass.) and Brendan McNamara (Exeter, N.H.) will be playing in the New England Intercollegiate Soccer League (NEISL) All-Star Game this weekend. The game will be played at Clark University in Worcester on Saturday, May 2, at 2 p.m.

Winn and McNamara were selected for the NEISL All-Star Game after leading Babson to the NEWMAC Championship and the program's 19th bid to the NCAA Tournament this past fall. The anchor of the Beavers' defense, McNamara was named NEMWAC All-Conference First Team and All-New England Third Team after the finest season of his four-year career. The 6-foot-2 back played 21 games for the Beavers, helping the team post a 1.02 goals against average and nine shutouts. McNamara also played a key role on the offensive end, scoring the first three goals of his collegiate career, including the game-winner in a 2-1 victory over Roger Williams. He will graduate with three goals and five assists for 11 points in 69 career games.

Winn earns NEISL All-Star recognition after yet another record-setting season. The 6-foot-3 forward broke his own program mark for points in a season, finishing with 14 goals and 14 assists for 42 points in 21 games. At the conclusion of the season, he was named NEWMAC All-Conference First Team for the fourth straight season, received his third consecutive NEWMAC Men's Soccer Athlete of the Year award, was named All-New England First Team and All-America First Team.
