A veteran coach who has guided Babson to 14 postseason appearances and the 1997 ECAC New England Championship, Jon Anderson begins his 24th season in charge of the men's soccer program.
The Beavers have enjoyed unparalleled success under Anderson, posting a 270-128-51 (.658) record over 23 years and a New England Division III ranking in all but three seasons. Anderson's teams have made nine NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Final Four in 1991. In addition, Babson has won nine conference titles, including the NEWMAC Championship in 2002, 2004, and 2008, and Anderson has been honored as league Coach of the Year on seven occasions. Following the 2004 berth in the NCAA Tournament, where Babson advanced to the second round for the second time in three years, Anderson was named the NEWMAC, NEISL, and NSCAA New England Coach of the Year.
A 1975 graduate of Babson, Anderson was a three-year starter at center midfield, playing on teams that went 56-5-4 and earned three NCAA Tournament berths, including the school's first-ever national championship in 1975. Following graduation, Anderson was a teacher/coach in Weymouth and Cohasset, Mass., before taking over as Babson's soccer coach in 1986.
A well-respected lecturer and director of the popular Babson and
South Shore soccer camps, Anderson resides with his family in
Scituate, Mass. Two of his four children, Eric and Emily, are
current members of the Class of 2013.

John O'Reilly begins his first season as assistant coach for the men's soccer program. A 2007 graduate of Lehigh University, O'Reilly brings a wealth of soccer experience to Babson. While at Lehigh, he was a two-time All-Conference and All-Region selection while earning Team MVP, Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, and NSCAA First Team All-America accolades as a senior. That fall, he helped lead the Mountain Hawks to a Sweet 16 appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
Following his graduation in spring of 2007, O'Reilly worked at Buckingham, Browne, and Nichols in Cambridge, where he has served as an Assistant Coach for the boy's varsity soccer team while also working with the boy's and girl's JV programs. He also served as an Assistant Boy's Under-17 Coach for Inter SC and a coach for the School of Excellence Program for Mass Premier Soccer, and he played professionally for both the Cincinnati Kings in Ohio and the Vaerlose Boldklub in Denmark.
A native of nearby Arlington, Massachusetts, O'Reilly currently
resides in Charlestown.

Erik Sundsted is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Babson men's soccer program. A 1989 graduate of Syracuse University, Sundsted also received a degree from Massachusetts Communications College in Boston in 1991. While at Syracuse he enjoyed tremendous success on the field, starting at midfield and forward for two nationall-ranked teams and setting the school record for goals and points in a game. He helped lead the Orange to the NCAA Tournament in 1984 and the Big East Conference Championship in 1985. He also played his freshman year at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he started at forward for a team that ranked fifth in the country and advanced to the national quarterfinals.
Sundsted continued to play after college, most recently at the
professional and semi-professional level for the Torrance Aztecs
and Faialense from 1988 to 1990. He later served as a play-by-play
broadcaster and color analyst for the New England Revolution
of the MLS, the Boston Bulldogs of the USL Pro League, and the
Boston Renegades of the Women's W-League. A resident of Natick,
Massachusetts, he currently works as a Senior Market Analyst at
MBHP, Inc. while also co-owning a small business.

One of the greatest players to ever don a Babson College soccer uniform, Tim Winn '09 is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Babson men's soccer program.
A native of Sutton, Massachusetts, Winn graduated in 2009 as the
Beavers' all-time leader in goals (56) and points (141) while also
ranking among the school's best in assists (29). He was a four-time
All-Conference First Team selection, a four-time All-New England
selection (twice First Team), and he was a two-time All-America
honoree - a Third Team selection in 2006 and a First Team selection
in 2008. Also a three-time NEWMAC Player of the Year, Winn helped
lead Babson to the conference championship and an NCAA Tournament
berth in his senior season. He also holds the program records for
most goals and points in a single season.
