SERIES HISTORY
The Beavers and Wheaton will meet for the 26th time on Saturday afternoon. The Babson men are 15-10 all-time against the Lyons, while the women are 6-19 and are seeking their first win in the series since 2001.

LAST MEETING
The Babson men suffered a 181-111 loss and the Beavers were defeated 206-73 by the Lyons in last season's dual meet on January 14, 2017, in Norton. Sophomore Jack Lucero was victorious in both the 1000 free and 400 IM, and classmate Alex Damiecki won the 50 butterfly and came in second in the 100 butterfly for the Babson men. Paris Ekman '17 came in first in the women's 1-meter diving event and was second on the 3-meter board, while sophomore Tirza Rentovich placed second in the 50 breaststroke.

SCOUTING THE LYONS
The Wheaton women (11-0) remained perfect on the season with victories over Mount Holyoke (163-77) and Clark (165-65) on Thursday in Worcester. Senior Jenna Hayden (50 free, 500 free) and sophomore Elizabeth Bernardy (200 free, 200 breast) both won two events apiece for the Lyons, who finished first in 11 of 13 events…the Wheaton men (4-5) also was victorious in 11 of 13 events on their way to defeating Clark, 152-68, on Thursday. The Lyons won both relay events and got two individual event victories apiece from senior Jonathan Dunnett (200 IM, 200 breast) and junior Timmer Sposato (200 free, 500 free) against the Cougars.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
The Babson women (2-8) suffered losses to Wellesley (179-59) and Coast Guard (171-55) in a double dual meet on Thursday afternoon. First-year Celine Nie came in second in the 1000 free, Rentovich placed third in the 50 free and junior Tessa Amoroso finished third in both the 1- and 3-meter diving events for the Beavers…the Babson men (5-3) are looking to rebound from a 152-72 loss to Coast Guard on Thursday. Damiecki claimed the team's lone individual win in the 200 butterfly and teamed with senior Mitchell Posk and first-years Lachlan Dibbayawan and Kevin Luu to record a victory in the 400 medley relay. Posk and fellow senior Alex Grant also came in second in the 50 free and 500 free, respectively.

NOTABLE
• Damiecki's time of 1:55.73 in the 200 butterfly was the fastest this season for the Beavers.
• First-year Jordan Mailly posted the program's top time of 2:20.87 in the women's 200 butterfly on Thursday against Wellesley and Coast Guard. She was also part of the Beavers' top time of the year (4:17.95) along with Nie, Rentovich and first-year Nataliya Gowan in the 400 medley relay.

WHAT'S UP NEXT
The Beavers, who are in the midst of a stretch that includes five meets in 14 days, return home to take on Bentley on Tuesday and Gordon on Saturday.
