Rick Echlov
A veteran member of the Babson coaching staff, Rick Echlov is
currently in his 27th year as the College's aquatics director and
men's and women's swimming coach. Echlov, who also served as
Babson's director of summer programs until 2006, is respected as a
strong motivator whose training programs have produced four
All-Americans and numerous All-New England athletes.
A native of Newton, Mass., Echlov is a 1973 graduate of the University of New Haven. He was a longtime swimming coach at Wellesley High School, earning Coach of the Year honors in 1985 and leading the Red Raiders to the 1988 state championship. Echlov and his wife, Nancy, currently reside in Natick, Mass.
