    NEW ORLEANS—After becoming the Babson College men's track & field program's first NCAA Division III National Championship qualifier in May, junior Dominic Esposito (Massapequa, N.Y.) was honored with All-Academic honors by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) late last week. In addition to his individual award, the men's squad earned All-Academic team accolades for the eighth time in the last nine seasons.

    THE SETUP: For the first time in school history, Babson College will send two competitors at the NCAA Track & Field national championships. Senior Marina Capalbo qualified for the third consecutive year in the 1500-meter run, and junior Dominic Esposito, who became the first male in program history to earn a bid on Sunday, will compete in the decathlon. The prelims of the 1500 meters will take place on Thursday afternoon at 3:45 p.m., while the two-day decathlon starts on Thursday at 12 p.m. and will be completed on Friday afternoon.
