Senior Marina Capalbo, the lone female set to compete this weekend, broke her own school records in both the 800 and 1500 meters, coming in fourth in both events. First-year John Decker broke his own school mark in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.16, while junior Dominic Esposito broke his own school record and became the first in program history to earn All-New England accolades in the decathlon. Senior Mark Gulesian finished seventh in the 1500-meter run and teamed up with Decker, Esposito and sophomore JD Greenfield to set a new school record for the second event in row in the 4x400-meter relay.

NOTES:
Capalbo, a two-time national championship qualifier, posted the ninth fastest time in Division III (4:31.95) in the 1500-meter run last Saturday…Esposito's total of 6,159 points in the decathlon is good for the 18th-best total this season among Division III competitors.
