2019: As a senior, competed in 10 meets…participated in the 800, 1500 and 5000 meters…recorded three victories, seven top-five finishes, and 10 top-10 results on the year…came in second in the 1500 meters (3:55.78) and eighth in the 800 meters (1:56.01) at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Collegiate Meet at Point Loma on March 16…placed second with a season-best time of 15:14.34 in the 5000 meters at the Bridgewater State Invitational on March 23…won the 800 meters with a seasons-best time of 1:55.39 at the Tufts Snowflake Classic on March 30...won his heat and finished eighth overall with a time of 3:58.95 in the 1500 meters at Princeton’s Sam Howell Invitational on April 5…won the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.80 at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational on April 20…finished first in the 1500 meters (4:08.07) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 27…came in fifth with a school-record time of 3:53.52 in the 1500 meters at the NCAA New England Championships on May 2-3….crossed the finish line with a time of 3:58.98 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore on May 13.

2018: As a junior, took part in nine meets…competed primarily in the 1500 meters…came in ninth with a time of 15:39.70 in the 5000 meters at Tufts Snowflake Classic on March 31…finished with a time of 3:57.25 in the 1500 meters at the Mt. Sac Relays on April 20…followed it up with a time of 4:00.90 in the 1500 meters at the Long Beach State Invitational on April 21…finished third in both the 1500 meters (3:58.74) and the 5000 meters (15:47.34) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 28…finished fourth in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:56.29 and helped the 4x800-meter relay squad come in fourth in a time of 7:52.78 at the NCAA New England Championships on May 4…matched his own school record with a time of 3:54.73 to come in 13th in the 1500 meters, and helped the 4x800-meter relay team come in fourth with a school-record time of 7:48.85 at the NEICAAA Championships on May 12.

2017: As a sophomore, competed in the 800, 1500 and 5000 meters at nine meets…qualified for the NCAA New England Championships in both the 1500 and 5000 meters…posted seven top-10 finishes and one victory…broke the school record in the 1500-meter run twice…came in first with a time of 15:21.12 in the 5000 meters at the Bridgewater State Invitational on March 25…finished second in both the 800 meters (1:58.40) and 1500 meters (4:01.76) at the Corsair Classic on April 2…came in fourth with a career-best time of 15:17.42 in the 5000-meter run at the AIC Invitational on April 8…came in second with a then-school-record time of 3:55.31 in the 1500 meters at the Connecticut College Silfen Invitational on April 15…placed ninth in the 1500 meters (4:05.93) and 12th in the 800 meters (2:00.69) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 29…came in sixth and broke his own school mark with a time of 3:54.73 in the 1500 meters at the NCAA New England Championships on May 5.

2016: As a first-year, took part in nine meets and competed in the 800-, 1500- and 5000-meter run...posted on victory and a pair of runner-up finishes on the year...made his collegiate debut with a time of 15:44.57 to finish second in the 5000 meters at the season-opening Bridgewater State Invitational on March 26...recorded a time of 2:02.74 in the 800 meters at the Coast Guard Invitational on April 2...finished 21st in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.38 at the Connecticut College Silfen Invitational on April 16...won the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:01.24 at the Sean Collier Invitational at MIT on April 23...came in second in the 800 meters (1:57.65) and seventh in the 1500 meters (4:09.21) at the NEWMAC Championships on April 30...finished 11th with a time of 3:58.77 in the 1500 meters at the NCAA New England Championships on May 7...came in 19th with a time of 4:07.96 and was part of the program's record-setting 4x400-meter relay (3:21.28) at the ECAC Championships on May 19.
