Kully Reardon is currently in her ninth year as head coach of the Babson women's lacrosse team. In her first eight seasons, she has quickly become the winningest coach in program history, amassing a record of 87-53 (.621) victories and five postseason appearances. Under her guidance, the Beavers have enjoyed the greatest three seasons in program history over the past three springs, posting a combined 46-9 record, winning three straight NEWMAC Championships, and advanced to three consecutive Sweet 16 appearances in the NCAA Tournament. Following the 2007 season, Reardon was named NEWMAC Coach of the Year for the first time in her career.

A former three-sport standout at Middlebury College, Reardon enjoyed a brilliant athletic career as a Panther that included three national championships. She helped lead the lacrosse team to national titles in 1997 and 1999, and she served as captain on a field hockey team that claimed the Division III Championship in 1998. Reardon was also a member of the Panthers' swimming and diving team.

Following her graduation from Middlebury in 1999, Reardon spent two years as an assistant field hockey and lacrosse coach at Wesleyan University, where she received her master's degree in 2001. During that time, she helped guide the Cardinals' field hockey team to consecutive ECAC Championships.
