Tournament Hotel: Babson Executive Conference Center (steps from the courts at Babson); please contact Athena Gewlas at 781-239-5812 or Rachel Cavanagh at 781-239-5816 for reservations

Players: All teams are guaranteed their # 1 and #2 singles players and # 1 doubles team – if you have other players that you want to submit please pay for these players up front – additional players will be reviewed by the tournament committee for entry into the draw

In Case of Rain: Primary back up locations are MIT and the All Seasons Club in Acton – secondary back up is the Boston Sports Club on the Babson Campus
