4x400-Meter Relay Sqaud of Rodriguez, Lamoso, Regan and McLaughlin Set School Record at MIT

WESTWOOD, Mass.—The Babson College women's track & field program was honored for the second time this season on Monday as its 4x400-meter relay team received New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Relay Team of the Week accolades.

The quartet of junior Stephanie Rodriguez (Guatemala City, Guatemala), sophomores Ana Lamoso (San Juan, Puerto Rico) and Grace Regan (Kingston, N.Y.), and first-year Sydney McLaughlin (Dover, Mass.) posted a school-record time of 4:11.26 at MIT's Sean Collier Invitational on Saturday afternoon in Cambridge. The time was nearly four seconds faster than the Beavers' previous school record in the 4x400 relay set back in 2017.

Babson returns to action on Saturday when it travels to Springfield for the NEWMAC Championships beginning at 10:30 a.m.
