    Babson Park, Mass.—Junior Isaiah Nelsen (North Andover, Mass.) of men's basketball and senior Elizabeth Sullivan (Quincy, Mass.) of women's volleyball were tabbed as the BESBY award winners for top national tournament performance by a male and female student-athlete in 2015-16 in polls conducted on Twitter.

    BABSON PARK, Mass.—Senior Mary Donahue (Braintree, Mass.) finished with 12 kills and junior Lorraine Mackiewicz (Edison, N.J.) added seven kills, seven blocks and 10 digs as fourth-seeded Babson College defeated third-seeded Clark University, 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-11), to capture its second consecutive New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Tournament championship on November 8 in Cambridge.

Senior Mary Donahue (Braintree, Mass.) was an All-New England second-team selection, classmate Elizabeth Sullivan (Quincy, Mass.) earned honorable mention all-region accolades, and both players were joined on the Senior Classic roster by Krissy Robertson (Dedham, Mass.).
