BENNINGTON, N.H.—Led by a pair of top-10 finishes from junior Sean Robinson (Reno, Nev.), the Babson College men's alpine ski team placed second and fourth, respectively, in two slalom races as Crotched Mountain on Friday.
Castleton took first place in both races on the day, while the Beavers came in behind Clarkson and UConn in the afternoon competition after finishing as the runner-up in the morning.

First-year Victor Wiacek (Douglaston, N.Y.) placed seventh and Robinson was ninth for the Green and White. Junior MacIntyre Henderson (Park City, Utah) recorded a 16th-place showing, while classmate Eli Wolfson (Woodland Hills, Calif.) ended up in 26th position.
Henderson recorded the fastest second run of any skier on his way to earning a fifth-place finish in the afternoon slalom race. Robinson came in 10th, Wiacek was 12th and the duo of Blanchard and Wolfson finished 27th and 28th, respectively.
The Beavers return to action next Saturday when they travel to Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid, N.Y., for two days of giant slalom competition.
